Business Meetings -Seminars
Our minimum guest count for meetings or seminare is 50. This plan includes up to an 8 hour rental time, setup, major cleaning, taxes and fees. The bar service includes: soft drinks and juices, featuring Pepsi products along with pink lemonade and pre-sweetened iced tea. White plastic table coverings and coffee service are included. Longer rental time is available for additional charges per hour. Additional bar services and/or linen-like table coverings are available for additional charges.
With this plan, the lunch or dinner menu would be negotiated separately with an approved caterer. If you have a licensed caterer in mind that is not listed on this website, the board of directors of South Baldwin Social Club would need to approve of the catering company prior to your reception date. More than likely, the selected caterer would wish to provide a drop off service to be delivered at a pre-determined time.
